Standard Delivery Information

Our Standard Delivery is FREE for orders over £15 and Standard delivery is available right across the UK mainland and We do not post to P.O. BOX Address or any Address that use as virtual office. Orders Under £15 will have only £2.99 Delivery Charges.


We use a variety of couriers, the most suitable of which is chosen on your behalf based on your location and the service you have selected. Provided your order is placed before the 3:00 P.M. cut-off times, we will try to despatch next working day. Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday) from despatch, however, some area may take longer and It can take upto 14 days during COVID-19.


If a mobile number is provided, you may receive a text message from the courier confirming that your parcel is out for delivery, and also when it is delivered and managed by respected postal services.


A signature may be required upon delivery so please ensure somebody is available at the address to sign for the package.

UK Standard Delivery Restrictions:

The following postcodes can take longer than 7 -14 working days deliver: PA, PH, HS, IV, PA, KW, ZE.

Import and Customs Duty

We are unable to cover the cost of any accrued Customs and Import charges. You need to check with your customs and import taxes in your destination country for further details and we have no control over import and customs duty. 

Refund & Return policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase with your order details. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@nutrientsdiscovery.com.  we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  When you receive the confirmation of return, please post it to : (You have to return by post Only)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How long does it take for my customer to get refunded?

Approximately 5–10 business days (Business days are Monday to Friday, excludes Bank Holidays and Saturday and Sunday). Although we submit any refund that you make to your customer's bank immediately, your customer's bank must still process the refund and apply it to their account. Processing time can vary between banks.

Don't Like the Taste Can I Send it Back? 

Everyone has a different taste. If you have opened the supplement. Then we will not be able to refund the product.  If you are in doubt with any of the product rey smaller option before you buy a large pack.
