Directions

Mix 1 serving (5 gram = 2 measuring spoons = 1 scant spoon) with 250 ml water or other drink in a shake! Consume 2 servings a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount! Try out with Iso Whey Zero or 100% Pure Whey.
