Importance of magnesium and glucosamine
Responsible for over 325 chemical reactions inside the body, magnesium helps support calcium absorption, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
Glucosamine is believed to encourage cartilage formation and helps maintain joint lubrication, promoting strength and movement.
Directions
How to use
Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption.
Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.
Concentrate on joints, muscles and areas of concern.
Reapply whenever needed.

Dosage
10 sprays delivers 100mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium and 50mg of glucosamine.
For children we recommend halving the dosage as their additional daily supplementation need is lower than that of an adult.

The Magnesium Tingle
On initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high speed absorption of magnesium through the pores. - The magnesium chloride we use is a solution mined in Veendam in the Netherlands. It is mined from an ancient seabed that has been condensed and purified for over 250 million years. To mine the magnesium chloride, spring water is carefully pumped down to dissolve the seam and the solution is brought up to the surface. This solution is the foundation of our Magnesium Body Sprays, Lotions, Gel and Flakes.

Unfortunately due to the fact our products are natural, occasionally crystallisation can occur in the pump mechanism, preventing it from working. This can often occur if the spray hasn't been stored at room temperature or hasn't been used in a while.
This can easily be fixed by removing the pump from the bottle and running it under a warm tap for a few minutes while pressing down on the pump to help remove the blockage.
