Directions
How to use
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
Replace the cap after use.
Dosage
Use 2-4 sprays a day, taken together or separately
1 - 3 years old: 2 sprays
4-8 years: 3 sprays
9-13 years upwards: 4 sprays
Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.
Storage
Once opened, use within 6 months.
Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.

What source of B12 is in our B12 Oral Spray?
- The vitamin B12 in our Boost spray is methylcobalamin. This has been chosen for its superior cellular absorption and ensures that it can be absorbed straight into the blood stream via the rich vascular system in the cheeks and under the tongue.
Why is chromium added to the Boost B12 spray?
- Chromium is another nutrient that is difficult to obtain through diet alone, but has shown to be well absorbed through the mucosal membrane. While B12 and chromium do not need to be taken together, Chromium helps balance blood sugar levels and like B12 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
- There are approximately 192 sprays in the 25ml bottle. With the recommended daily dosage of four sprays the Boost spray will last 48 days.
Does the Boost B12 spray contain caffeine?
- As the Boost spray contains green tea extract it does contain a natural form of caffeine, however this is a very small amount, with just 0.5mg per four sprays.
- The purpose of the green tea in the spray is not this caffeine element, but that it is a natural preservative as well as being an antioxidant.
- A study published in The Lancet (June 2016) has proven that green tea provides a chemical called epigallocatechin gallate, which contributes to improved cognitive function.
Are there any contraindications with Boost B12 oral spray?
- There are no interactions with any other products or medications when using the Boost spray.
Why is green tea included in the Boost B12 spray?
- Green tea is used as a natural preservative as well to reinforce the antioxidant element.
- It also provides a chemical called epigallocatechin gallate which contributes to improved cognitive function as proven by a clinical study published in The Lancet (June 2016).
Should I take all four sprays together or spread it throughout the day?
- This is down to personal preference, either way provides optimal absorption. Though you may find it easier to take them all together to ensure you don't forget a dose.
- The oral sprays do not need to be taken with food or a drink so can be used at your convenience.
- Our studies have found that the best place for absorption are on the inside of the cheek. When using multiple sprays we would recommend spraying in this area.
Do I need to take the spray with food or drink?
- No. The oral spray delivery mechanism avoids primary processing by the digestive system, meaning it can be taken at any time of day with or without food. The active ingredients are delivered directly into the bloodstream via the mucosal membranes in the mouth.
